As of Wednesday July 7, our hours are 8-5 daily!!
We are now
open for pick-your-own customers in raspberries and the flavour is great. We have about a week of strawberry
picking left. The early season
has caught some of our customers by surprise. Now is the time to pick. Four of our
stands are also open. Just click
on “stands” to check locations. So… get your sunhats, sunblock
and buckets ready…it is time to pick lovely local berries.
On the home front, our family has had a
very busy spring. Paul and I had
the pleasure of visiting with Ben and Sylvia in Spain in March. Our grandchildren are thriving. Jake
and Lila are both one now and every day there are new developments. Rory, Grady and Callum are full
of life and we enjoy them so much.
Paul’s mother Gwen has had some health issues, but is now
getting better each day. John is
home after travelling in Europe with
his band for two months and has
been to some very exciting cities.
Lindsay continues to enjoy her job grooming dogs in Ottawa. Paul, Devon, and I are looking forward
to our summer when we see so many familiar faces at our farm. We all agree that living in the Ottawa
Valley makes us very fortunate.
If you
are a fan of our jam, we always have jam available. Jam makes a great hostess gift or gift
for your favourite
teacher. To order, just give us a call on our home number
256-2014 or 256-3029. Gift
certificates are also great idea.
Payment method: cash or cheques
